Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased from gOGig (operated by Aivore Technologies Pvt. Ltd., the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

Free plan

The Free plan is offered at no cost for your first campaign. As no payment is collected, no refund applies. You may stop using the Free plan at any time.

Enterprise & custom plans

Enterprise and custom plans are governed by the specific commercial terms set out in the order form, proposal, or master services agreement executed between you and the Company. Where those terms conflict with this policy, the executed agreement prevails.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a paid subscription at any time by writing to us at the email address below. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and your access continues until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle unless expressly stated in your agreement.

Refund eligibility

Refunds, where applicable, are considered only for verifiable service failures attributable to the Company and are subject to the terms of your agreement. Setup fees, onboarding charges, and usage already delivered (including campaigns that have gone live and verification work performed) are non-refundable. Refund requests must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant charge.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email enquiry@gogig.in from your registered account email with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Timelines for the amount to reflect in your account depend on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when it was last revised.
